Lifeline Program Eligibility

The Lifeline program provides assistance to low-income consumers to help make communications services more affordable. To qualify:

  • Household income at or below 135% of Federal Poverty Guidelines
  • Participation in qualifying assistance programs
  • Residence in the United States
  • One Lifeline benefit per household

ACP Program Eligibility

The Affordable Connectivity Program provides broadband discounts and device assistance to eligible households. Eligibility includes:

  • Household income at or below 80% of Federal Poverty Guidelines
  • Participation in specific assistance programs
  • Students receiving Pell Grants (2021-2022)
  • Can be combined with Lifeline benefits
