- Household income at or below 135% of Federal Poverty Guidelines
- Participation in qualifying assistance programs
- Residence in the United States
- One Lifeline benefit per household
ACP Program Eligibility
The Affordable Connectivity Program provides broadband discounts and device assistance to eligible households. Eligibility includes:
- Household income at or below 80% of Federal Poverty Guidelines
- Participation in specific assistance programs
- Students receiving Pell Grants (2021-2022)
- Can be combined with Lifeline benefits
